Who owns the footage?
You do. Your script, your prompts, your uploads, and the shots generated for your production belong to you, and you may use them commercially. We keep the audit record of what was made — not a claim on it.
Do you train on my script or my footage?
No. We do not train models, and we do not let our suppliers train on your work either — generation runs on paid-tier provider access where submitted content is excluded from training. Your unreleased movie stays your unreleased movie.
Why do I need a release for a real face?
Because that is the difference between footage you can distribute and footage that gets a letter. A recognizable performer enters a shot only through a signed AI likeness release we have verified. The Cleared Cast list on your account is that paperwork, made operational — if a name is not green, it cannot be generated.
What happens when a render fails?
Nothing costs you anything. You are charged when a provider delivers a render, so failures, refusals, and timeouts are free. The card tells you what went wrong in plain language.
Why is there a review step before I can download?
Previews are watermarked; clean masters are released after a human clears them. That step is the product. It is what lets a production say every frame was reviewed, every face was released, and every download was cleared — and have paper to prove it when an insurer or distributor asks.
How long does a shot take?
Stills come back in two to four minutes. Video depends on the engine and the length of the shot, and the studio tells you what to expect before you submit. You are never locked out while something renders — the room stays workable and the take drops in when it is ready.
Can I use my own images and video as references?
Yes. Upload them into your Screening Room, name them, and call them by name in a prompt. References are the single biggest lever you have over what comes back.
What will you not generate?
Sexual content involving minors, ever. Real-person likeness without a cleared release. Content that infringes someone else’s rights. Individual engines carry their own additional limits, and the studio shows you which lane you are in before you spend anything.
How does pricing work?
A one-time clearance package opens your production and covers the paperwork and review. After that you fund a balance and pay per shot, quoted on the button before you submit. Full detail on the Pricing page.
Do you take every project?
No. Submit your script and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can clear.
